Communication with Bianca was easy, and she checked in with us often. During delivery, she introduced multiple pain-management techniques and positions that helped me through my natural birth.
As a fellow mom herself, she has also been a wonderful resource for the questions that come after birth. It was an extra bonus that she was able to understand and communicate with both my husband and me as we often switch between English and Spanish. This was especially important to me so that my husband also felt informed and supported during my labor.
