I offer birth doula services through MyBirth, an organization deeply committed to reproductive justice. Through MyBirth I am able to offer a birth doula package that not only provides emotional and physical support, but also education to help you have a healthier pregnancy.

My fee is $2000 for new clients and $1800 for repeat clients.

This fee includes:

• 5 prenatal sessions

  • In-depth intake call

  • Group nutrition class (virtual)

  • Group pelvic floor health class (virtual)

  • Group prenatal with other MyBirth doulas and clients (in-person)

  • In-home prenatal 

• 2 postpartum appointments 

• Text and phone support throughout pregnancy

• 24/7 labor and delivery support

• Your choice of attendance at either The Big Day childbirth class (in-person or Zoom) or MyBirth Lactation Prep class.

• Guaranteed back-up support

• A resource as you navigate your way through the fourth trimester and beyond (I don’t just go away after baby is born!)

• Access to MyBirth resources like our lending library and discounts on classes like childbirth education

• 1 prenatal and 1 postpartum yoga class at the MyBirth studio
